Bhubaneswar, June 7 -- In a unique outreach initiative, the Puri district administration on Sunday conducted a public awareness campaign along the Kushabhadra River to promote the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) programme, aimed at ensuring an accurate and error-free electoral roll.

The campaign was part of a district-level effort to encourage greater public participation in the voter list revision process, in line with directives from the Election Commission of India (ECI).
