Bhubaneswar, Oct. 1 -- Odisha government has stepped up preparations to repair roads and bridges after the monsoon. Public Works Minister Prithviraj Harichandan has directed officials to undertake immediate repairs of damaged roads.

The condition of roads across the state and ongoing repair works were reviewed at a high-level meeting held at Lok Seva Bhavan. The meeting focused on roads damaged due to this year's heavy rainfall, floods and landslides, with officials asked to ensure timely restoration.
