Bhubaneswar, Sept. 27 -- The fourteenth edition of the OTV Odisha Citizens Award (OCA) 2026 was kicked off on Sunday in Bhubaneswar, with this year's edition themed 'The Change Makers'.

The award recognises individuals whose work and dedication have made a positive impact on society. Honours will be presented across 10 categories, including education, healthcare, social service, sports, art and culture, agriculture, entertainment, public service, youth change maker and entrepreneurship.

Several prominent personalities are attending the grand event, including Bhubaneswar-Ekamra MLA Babu Singh, Berhampur MP Pradeep Panigrahy and international sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik.
