OSHB plans 6,877 new housing units across Odisha in FY 2026-27
Bhubaneswar, June 1 -- The Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) has proposed four major housing projects for the financial year 2026-27 that are expected to create nearly 6,877 inclusive residential units across the state.
The proposed projects, reviewed during a meeting chaired by Housing and Urban Development Secretary Usha Padhee, include the Suango Public Private Partnership (PPP) project near AIIMSBhubaneswar, the Ranasinghpur EPC Housing Project, the Patrapada Housing Project, and the Basanti Colony Joint Venture Residential Apartment Project, according to a report by The Times of India.
