Bhubaneswar, Aug. 10 -- Heavy rainfall is expected to continue across Odisha as the Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has issued multiple alerts for several parts of the state over the next five days. A yellow alert has been issued for the entire state until 8.30 am on Monday.

As per reports, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected to be witnessed in southern, western and northern Odisha.

Very heavy rainfall is expected in districts like Ganjam, Gajapati, Malkangiri, Koraput, Kalahandi, Bolangir, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Bargarh and Jharsuguda.

For Sundargarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj districts, an alert has been issued for heavy to very heavy rainfall.
