Bhubaneswar, Oct. 22 -- Odisha Vigilance on Thursday unearthed three multi-storey buildings, three high-value plots, a farmhouse and gold jewellery weighing around 550 grams during searches linked to Tapan Sethi- an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) of the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Sub-Division in Jajpur's Badachana.

Reports suggest that several vehicles were also found during the searches. The searches are being conducted over allegations of possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

According to Vigilance sleuths, the properties and assets identified so far are in the name of Sethi and his family members. The assessment and valuation of the properties are currently underway.
