Bhubaneswar, May 14 -- OdishaVigilance on Thursday launched simultaneous searches at properties linked to Bhadrak CAD Division Junior Engineer Bijay Kumar Mohanty over allegations of possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

According to Vigilance sources, the searches are being conducted on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore. The raids are being carried out by a team comprising four DSPs, four Inspectors and other supporting staff.
