Bhubaneswar, April 25 -- Odisha is set to continue battling intense heat and humidity for the next few days, with temperatures soaring between 43degC to 45degC until the 28th of April. The western regions of the state are expected to bear the brunt of this heatwave, with the mercury likely touching the highest levels. 

Coastal districts will also experience a sweltering heat, with temperatures ranging between 38degC and 40degC. Daytime temperatures are expected to rise by an additional 2-3 degrees, further intensifying the discomfort.
