Odisha signs 10 MoUs to strengthen healthcare; focus on trauma care, medical education and lab upgrades
Bhubaneswar, Aug. 5 -- The state Health Department of Odisha on Tuesday signed 10 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading institutions and organisations. Official sources said that the agreements aim to enhance trauma care, medical education, health infrastructure, laboratory services and the promotion of traditional Indian healthcare systems in different parts of the state.
Terming it as a 'historic day', state Health and Family Welfare Minister Mukesh Mahaling said that the partnerships would help improve both healthcare delivery and medical education.
