Bhubaneswar, Sept. 22 -- Heavy rain and strong winds disrupted normal life in parts of Odisha on Tuesday. Fallen trees blocked roads and affected traffic movement. In Gajapati district, rain has continued in Mohana since last night, while a large tree fell near College Chhak and blocked traffic on National Highway 326(A), which connects Mohana with Chandiput.

The weather conditions also led to precautionary measures in Gajapati and other areas as heavy rainfall continues.

The tree that fell near College Chhak in Mohana brought traffic movement on the National Highway to a halt. The road was later cleared to restore movement.
