Bhubaneswar, March 23 -- In a move aimed at making the grievance redressal process more accessible and efficient, Odisha government is considering the introduction of a digital mechanism through which legislators will be able to hear public complaints.

The proposed system is expected to significantly streamline the process of registering and resolving grievances, ensuring faster and more transparent outcomes for citizens.
