Bhubaneswar, June 7 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi issued a firm directive to revenue authorities across Odisha. Declaring on X, CM Majhi stated that no student will be denied entry to educational institutions due to administrative delays in obtaining essential documentation.

The mandate arrives immediately after the state government notified schedules for higher secondary and undergraduate admissions, triggering a surge in student applications, as reported by the Times Of India.

To ensure administrative efficiency, the government instructed that all requested certificates be cleared within the strict timelines established under the Odisha Right to Public Services Act (ORTPSA), 2012.
