Bhubaneswar, July 8 -- A high school headmaster in Odisha's Kalahandi district is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment and casteist abuse against a female staff member. The incident drew widespread attention after a video capturing the headmaster's alleged misconduct went viral on social media.

The accused has been identified as Shantanu Kumar Meher.

As per reports, the footage reportedly shows the accused headmaster, behaving inappropriately with the female employee inside the school premises in the presence of students.

Meher could allegedly be heard in the video discussing his relationships with several other female staff members at the institution, reportedly.
