Bhubaneswar, April 2 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday laid out an ambitious roadmap for the state's transformation, describing the next ten years as a 'decade of resolve' aimed at building a prosperous and developed Odisha.

Addressing the state-level Utkal Divas celebrations at Suando, the birthplace of Gopabandhu Das in Satyabadi block of Puri district, the Chief Minister announced a Rs 585 crore development package for the historic region.
