Bhubaneswar, Sept. 1 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik will travel to Delhi on Tuesday. The simultaneous visits of the two senior leaders have drawn attention in Odisha's political circles.

CM Majhi is scheduled to leave for Delhi at 3.30 pm, while BJD President Naveen Patnaik will depart at 1 pm for a seven-day visit. The timing of their visits has led to discussions in political circles.

As per reports, questions are being raised over whether the two leaders will have any official engagements in Delhi.

CM Majhi will travel to New Delhi today reportedly for a two-day visit to attend the first departmental summit organised by the Ministry of Jal Shakti.
