Bhubaneswar, April 10 -- The Odisha Cabinet approved 11 proposals across five departments during a meeting held on Friday. The decisions were shared by Chief Secretary Anu Garg, outlining key policy and infrastructure measures cleared by the government.
Among the major proposals, emphasis was laid on the Parbati Giri Mega Lift Irrigation Scheme. The project was accorded priority as part of the state's ongoing efforts to strengthen water resource infrastructure.
The Cabinet also approved the Atal Bus Stand scheme with an outlay of Rs 3,400 crore. The scheme aims to improve public transport infrastructure across the state.
