Bhubaneswar, Oct. 26 -- Police seized the body of a man in Patrpada village under Bagadia police station in Angul district of Odisha on Sunday evening, when his family members were taking it to the cremation ground.

The deceased has been identified as Mithun Mukhi of Mukhi Sahi in Patrpada village. According to reports, he had been living alone at home for the past few days following a family dispute.

Mithun reportedly died by suicide when other members of his family were away from home. After learning about his death, his family members called neighbours.

On Sunday evening, as the family was taking the body to the cremation ground, Bagadia police reached the spot after receiving information and seized it.
