Bhubaneswar, June 6 -- A powerful Nor'wester storm lashed Odisha's capital city, Bhubaneswar, on Saturday, bringing heavy rain, strong winds, and hailstorms that caused widespread damage across several areas.

As per reports, the sudden spell of severe weather swept through the city within a short period, uprooting trees, damaging infrastructure, and disrupting normal life. At Janata Maidan, the storm caused significant destruction, with tents erected for the upcoming International Trade Fair collapsing under the impact of strong winds and heavy rainfall.
