Bhubaneswar, Aug. 29 -- Patients visiting MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur, are reportedly facing difficulties due to the absence of proper signboards, doctors' duty charts and department information. The premier healthcare institution caters to patients from around 10 districts of southern Odisha.

The hospital has several large buildings and departments, but patients and their attendants allegedly have to spend considerable time finding the right department after taking tickets. The OPD also lacks clear signage, while information on doctors' names, duty schedules and consultation timings is reportedly unavailable.
