Bhubaneswar, Sept. 1 -- The devastation caused by Nepal's catastrophic flash floods has stunned the world. Videos from the affected areas show torrents of water, mud and debris tearing through homes, vehicles, bridges and entire settlements. Triggered by a glacier-related collapse in the Himalayas on August 26, the disaster has spread destruction along the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli river systems.
