Bhubaneswar, March 30 -- The body of a youth who had gone missing after being swept away at Putudi waterfall was recovered on Monday after nearly 18 hours of intensive search operations. The incident took place in Odisha's Kandhamal district, drawing attention to safety concerns at popular tourist spots.

The deceased was identified as Swadhin Biswal, a resident of Sambalpur, who was working as an Assistant Section Officer (ASO) at the State secretariat (presently Lok Seva Bhawan) in Bhubaneswar.
