Bhubaneswar, Nov. 6 -- Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra on Friday inaugurated Odisha Television Network's first-ever 'OTV Dream Home Expo & Conclave 2026' at Mayfair Sanctuary in Bhubaneswar.

Addressing the gathering, Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra highlighted the state government's plans to expand the Town Planning Scheme to five major cities and promote affordable housing.
