Bhubaneswar, Oct. 31 -- A 24-year-old man allegedly attacked his three-year-old daughter and his neighbour's wife with a sharp weapon at RO Colony under Tamsa Gram Panchayat in Odisha's Malkangiri district on Friday.

According to the complaint, the accused, identified as Aita Kabasi, repeatedly attacked his daughter, Debe Kabasi, and Munni Kabasi, wife of his neighbour Nanda Kabasi. Both victims sustained serious injuries and were left bleeding following the attack.

Following the incident, local residents rushed the injured victims to Malkangiri District Headquarters Hospital. Both were undergoing treatment at the hospital at the time of reporting.
