Bhubaneswar, June 13 -- An investigation was launched into allegations that a road construction contract for a rehabilitation colony under the Lower Suktel project was secured using a forged document.

The tender, floated by the Lower Suktel office in Bolangir, attracted bids from multiple contractors. However, it is alleged that contractor Saurabh Agrawal of Saintala submitted his bid utilizing a fake licence created in the name of Abhishek Kedia.
