Bhubaneswar, Oct. 23 -- Odisha is set to experience more rainfall in the coming days as a new low-pressure area is expected to develop over the Bay of Bengal tomorrow. This development comes while the impact of a previous low-pressure system still being felt across the state.
According to the Regional Meteorological Department, a cyclonic circulation over the southeastern Bay of Bengal near the South Andaman Sea is currently active. This system is anticipated to give rise to a low-pressure area in the eastern central Bay of Bengal region by tomorrow. The system is expected to move west-northwest and intensify further within the next 24 hours.
