Low-pressure alert: IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rainfall in Odisha for next four days
Bhubaneswar, July 2 -- Odisha is likely to witness heavy to very heavy rainfall for the next four days starting Thursday. The regions likely to experience heavy rainfall span across northern, southern coastal, and western districts of the state.
The Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has issued weather alerts ahead of a fresh low-pressure area that is expected to develop over the Bay of Bengal on Friday. The formation of the weather system is likely to intensify rainfall across the state.
