Bhubaneswar, July 4 -- Relentless rainfall has severely affected normal life in Odisha's Boudh district, with waterlogging and overflowing roads disrupting transportation and daily activities in several areas.

The situation is particularly grim in Kantamal block, where rising water levels have cut off road connectivity, leaving residents stranded and affecting access to essential services.

At Kuliapali in Kantamal block, around three feet of water is flowing over the main road, completely snapping road communication between Kantamal and Sagada.

The submerged stretch serves as a crucial link for several interior villages, and the disruption has affected daily commuting, access to markets and other essential services.
