Bhubaneswar, Oct. 12 -- The traditional Gupta Gundicha ritual is underway at the Srimandir in Puri. The outer procession of Lord Durgamadhab began on Saturday as part of the second phase of the worship. Lord Jagannath, accompanied by Goddess Durga, visited Maa Narayani Temple in Dolamandap Sahi.

During the sixteen-day worship in Ashwina, Lord Durgamadhab is worshipped at the Maa Bimala Temple inside the Srimandir for the first eight days. For the next eight days, the deities will visit Maa Narayani Temple.
