Gold prices continue to fall in Bhubaneswar; 24-carat becomes cheaper by Rs 650
Bhubaneswar, Sept. 7 -- Gold prices have continued to fall in the market, bringing some relief to customers. In Bhubaneswar, both 22-carat and 24-carat gold recorded a decline on September 7. The price of 22-carat gold fell by Rs 600 per 10 grams, while 24-carat gold became cheaper by Rs 650 per 10 grams.
The latest drop comes amid a broader decline in gold prices over the past 10 days. According to the available figures, gold prices have fallen by more than Rs 4,000 per 10 grams during this period.
On August 29, 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,58,240 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold stood at Rs 1,45,000 per 10 grams.
