Bhubaneswar, April 8 -- As searches by Odisha Vigilance continued on Wednesday, investigators began piecing together how Additional Chief Engineer Rajesh Chandra Mohanty allegedly built a substantial asset base over his three-decade-long career.
Mohanty started his government service in 1994 as a stipendiary engineer with a monthly salary of just Rs 2,000. Over the years, he rose through key positions in the Water Resources Department, including postings in irrigation projects and major divisions.
