Bhubaneswar, Aug. 10 -- Odisha is likely to see another spell of rain as a fresh low pressure area is expected to develop over the north Bay of Bengal on August 13. A cyclonic circulation is likely to form over the north Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal-Bangladesh coasts on August 11. This may lead to the formation of a low-pressure area, Met department sources said on Monday,

A low-pressure area is currently active over northeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Chhattisgarh. The monsoon trough extends from Bikaner through Gwalior and Puri towards the southeast, reaching the east-central Bay of Bengal and extending up to 3 km above mean sea level.
