Bhubaneswar, Oct. 14 -- As India gears up for a high-voltage tour of Australia, all eyes are on the grand return of two modern legends, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. The duo, who recently stepped away from T20Is and Tests, are making their comeback in ODIs after a long break. But alongside the excitement, speculation had been rife would this be their farewell series in the 50-over format?
Putting all rumours to rest, BCCI Vice-President Rajiv Shukla has made it clear that there's no retirement on the cards for either player. India will face Australia in a three-match ODI and five-match T20I series starting October 19, and Shukla insists both seniors remain integral to the squad's plans.
