Bhubaneswar, May 17 -- The East Coast Railway has announced the temporary cancellation of several passenger train services under the Khurda Road Division on Sunday, May 17, in view of safety-related modernization and maintenance works being carried out across different railway sections.

According to an official release issued by the railway authorities, the modernization and maintenance activities are being undertaken to enhance passenger safety, strengthen railway infrastructure and ensure the smooth movement of both passenger and freight trains in the division.
