A shocking incident has come to light at Krushnapur village under Telkoi police station in Keonjhar district, where two friends allegedly beat another friend to death in an inebriated state after a minor altercation.
The deceased has been identified as Bishwanath Juang, son of Shyam Juang of Baidnali ward in Krushnapur village.
As per reports, Bishwanath had gone to a nearby village on the evening of Rakhi Purnima, but never returned home. When he did not come back, his family members began searching for him the next day.
