Bhubaneswar, Oct. 23 -- Dense fog covered Binika in Odisha's Sonepur district on Friday morning, reducing visibility and making it difficult for people to travel.

Vehicles moved along the roads with their headlights on as the thick fog covered the area. Residents said driving had become difficult and urged commuters to be careful.

Despite the fog, people came out early for morning walks and exercise. They said the weather had changed after the hot summer months, though the poor visibility had made travelling difficult.

"Winter has started, and we have come for our morning walk. The thick fog has reduced visibility. It is difficult to drive on the road in the morning without headlights," a local resident said.
