Bhubaneswar, June 3 -- A devastating fire at a restaurant-cum-guest accommodation in Delhi's Malviya Nagar claimed 21 lives on Wednesday, with Delhi Police confirming that 18 of the deceased were foreign nationals. According to police, the fire broke out at Flourish Stay B&B in Malviya Nagar. Among the 21 victims, 18 were foreign nationals from Liberia, Nigeria, Mozambique and Bangladesh.
