Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- An Air India Express flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar made an unscheduled landing in Jaipur on Wednesday after concerns over fuel availability mid-flight. The airline said the diversion was carried out as a precautionary measure.
As per reports by News 18, the incident involved flight IX-1057, which had departed from Delhi and was en route Bhubaneswar when the issue was identified. The pilot decided to reroute the aircraft to Jaipur, where it landed safely without any reported complications.
According to the airline, there was no report of any technical malfunction or emergency apart from the fuel-related concern. The aircraft was safely stationed at Jaipur airport following the landing.
