Bhubaneswar, Feb. 19 -- A dance bar was allegedly operating without permission in the Capital Police Station area in Bhubaneswar. Exclusive visuals accessed by OTV showed dancers performing inside the premises and money was showered on the dance floor.

The bar is alleged to have remained open late into the night, flouting excise norms. Sources indicate that the establishment was conducting dance performances without obtaining the required permissions, in violation of existing regulations.

The visuals have raised serious questions over monitoring and enforcement of excise rules in the capital.
