India, Sept. 16 -- A cyclonic circulation has formed over northern Thailand, with a low-pressure area likely to develop over the north Andaman Sea by the evening of September 19. The weather development may bring another spell of rain to southern Odisha in the coming days.

According to the reports, the cyclonic circulation formed over northern Thailand today and extends up to 7.6 km above mean sea level. It is likely to move towards the north Andaman Sea by the evening of September 18.
