The situation has intensified gradually as Cyclone Montha approaches the Andhra Pradesh coast. The wind speed is increasing steadily, while rainfall continues to grow heavier in the region.
As per reports, the strong winds have led to asbestos roofs being blown away in certain areas, while large trees were seen swaying violently under the impact.
