Crime Branch intensifies probe into Odisha textbook errors case, examines SCERT records
India, July 18 -- The Crime Branch has intensified its investigation into the alleged irregularities surrounding errors in Odisha school textbooks by conducting a fresh inquiry at the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) office.
A three-member Crime Branch team, led by DSP Narendra Behera, reportedly visited the SCERT headquarters on Saturday and began a detailed examination of records related to the textbook error case. The team scrutinised various official documents as part of its ongoing investigation to determine how the mistakes found their way into the textbooks.
