Bhubaneswar, May 1 -- The price of commercial LPG cylinders has been increased by Rs 993, marking a sharp rise. The sudden price hike is expected to have a direct impact on businesses dependent on bulk gas usage, while domestic cylinder prices have been kept unchanged.
With the latest revision, the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in Delhi now stands at Rs 3,071.50. The increase comes amid reports linking the hike to the ongoing Middle East crisis, which has affected fuel supply dynamics.
