Bhubaneswar, Oct. 15 -- Political tensions between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) have intensified in Odisha over industrialisation, investment and employment. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik have traded accusations over their respective governments' records.

CM Majhi laid the foundation stones for and inaugurated 46 projects worth Rs 39,343 crore in Kalinga Nagar in Jajpur on Wednesday. He said that the projects would create employment opportunities for 42,512 young people.
