Bhubaneswar, April 28 -- Online travel platform Cleartrip, a Flipkart company, on Monday announced its entry into the train ticket booking segment through a partnership with the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), aiming to capture a single-digit market share by the end of the current financial year.

With this integration, users can book train tickets across India, including General and Tatkal quotas as per Ministry of Railways guidelines. The platform will also offer real-time seat availability, fare insights, PNR status tracking, berth preferences, and secure digital payments in a single interface going forward across multiple platforms seamlessly too.
