Bhubaneswar, Aug. 26 -- The identity of an Odia woman whose body was recovered from a suitcase on the Chennai Express has been established. The deceased has been identified as Hayathun Nisha of Deuligrameswar village under Jagatsinghpur Sadar police station in Odisha.

According to reports, Nisha lived in Chennai for around 20 years and was working at a company there. Her body was recovered from the Chennai Express in Pune. A couple from Chennai is suspected to be behind the alleged murder. The woman, among the suspected couple, is reportedly an Odia.

Nisha's mother-in-law said that the suspected couple worked at the same company as the deceased. Nisha previously used to live in Chennai with her 18-year-old son and mother-in-law.
