Bhubaneswar, Dec. 28 -- The Chief Election Commissioner of India, Gyanesh Kumar, expressed immense happiness after visiting the heritage crafts village of Raghurajpur in Odisha's Puri district. On his arrival, he was accorded a warm reception by villagers and district administration officials, who welcomed him with flower bouquets and escorted him through the village.
During his visit, the Chief Election Commissioner went door to door, closely observing the village's renowned art forms, including Pattachitra paintings, palm-leaf engravings, cow-dung craft, paper masks and other traditional handicrafts.
