Bhubaneswar, March 1 -- In an important announcement made on Sunday, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) postponed Class X and Class XII board examinations scheduled for March 2, 2026, in select Middle Eastern countries due to the prevailing situation in the region.
The decision impacts students studying in CBSE-affiliated schools across Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
According to the Board, the postponement applies only to the examinations scheduled on Monday, March 2. Revised dates for these exams will be announced at a later stage.
CBSE further stated that it will review the situation on March 3 and take a call regarding examinations scheduled from March 5 onwards. Students...
