Bhubaneswar, Feb. 26 -- The Capital Region Ring Road project has progressed with the finalisation of tenders for three packages under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Three construction firms have been selected for the execution of the three packages, marking a significant step towards implementation of the long-pending infrastructure initiative.
The six-lane ring road, spanning 110 kilometres, will connect Khordha Rameswar-Bilipada and Govindpur-Cuttack Tangi. The project is aimed at easing traffic pressure in the capital region and improving connectivity around Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
