India, July 29 -- The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) decided to reactivate its enforcement squads to intensify action against deviations from approved building plans, ahead of submitting its action taken report on unauthorised constructions to the Supreme Court on August 4. The move comes amid increased judicial scrutiny of illegal constructions and misuse of residential buildings for commercial purposes across the country.
