Bhubaneswar, Aug. 7 -- Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi joined the third day of the 13th BRICS Education Ministers' Meeting, which is being held in Bhubaneswar on Friday. Discussions on the final day are set to focus on key priority areas, including early childhood care and education, skill development, research and innovation, mutual recognition of qualifications, and educational leadership, official sources said.
